The logistics industry moves trillions of dollars, yet many processes remain outdated — brokers still rely on calls and emails to manage shipments. Cartage set out to change that with Wilson, their AI-powered platform that brings advanced technology without requiring people to change how they work.

Our role was to craft Wilson’s digital presence to reflect the legacy of Cartage, a freight coordination software provider.

Strategy

We kicked things off by defining Cartage’s core brand messaging, focusing on innovation and technology while keeping it grounded in the practical realities of logistics. The main goal was to make Wilson easily adaptable across industries and to ensure he wouldn’t intimidate coworkers — positioning him as a team member, not a replacement.

Brand

Wilson got a clear, distinct identity — approachable, intelligent, and easygoing. It mixes technological smarts with human warmth, bringing him to life as a steady, reliable guy you can always count on.

Website

The multi-page website includes a homepage to set the stage and dedicated case study pages to showcase the work. There’s also a news section for updates and detailed feature pages highlighting the platform’s capabilities.

Built on Framer, the site allows for rapid testing, iteration, and adaptation, ensuring every element evolves in sync with the brand’s needs.
