What it's like

O0 is a full-stack design studio, focused on working with product teams and driving positive change. We design products (digital and physical), brands, marketing campaigns, and produce live-action and animated videos.

We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in product design - someone who speaks the same language with designers, understands users, and keeps digital products moving forward.

You’ll guide teams through discovery, design and delivery, ensuring we build products that are both beautiful and functional – and that our partners feel clarity, care, and confidence along the way.

What’s the job

  • Manage digital product design projects from idea to release.
  • Work closely with the design and team to define priorities and ensure quality delivery.
  • Translate partner goals and user insights into clear product tasks and milestones.
  • Maintain structure: roadmap, scope, documentation, backlog.
  • Communicate with partners – set expectations, sync on priorities, gather feedback.
  • Keep the team aligned on product goals, UX direction, and design intent.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and keep timelines realistic.

What you’ll need

  • Strong English skills (both written and spoken).
  • 2+ years in product management or product design.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI processes and design workflows.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills with partners and teams.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
  • Able to balance user needs, design vision and business goals.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
