3D Designer

What it's like

O0 is a full-stack design studio, focused on working with product teams and driving positive change. We design products (digital and physical), brands, marketing campaigns, and produce live-action and animated videos.

We’re looking for a 3D Designer who can bring ideas to life through space, texture, and light. Someone who loves craft, details, and storytelling and knows how to turn creative direction into high-quality visual output.

What’s the job

Create 3D visuals and animations for projects - from product shots and brand imagery to conceptual environments.
Translate abstract concepts and art direction into detailed, polished 3D compositions.
Deliver high-quality assets that align with O0 standards and creative direction.
Build clean, organized scenes ready for animation, rendering, or handoff to other team members.
Iterate quickly based on feedback to refine scenes, materials, and lighting direction.

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in the 3D design field.
Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender as core tools; experience with Houdini or/and Unreal Engine will be a strong plus.
Strong sense of composition, color, and attention to detail.
Ability to work with references, moodboards, and creative briefs.
English level B1–B2 - enough for confident communication with the team.
Organized, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Desire to grow, explore new styles, and push visual boundaries.
