What it's like
O0 is a full-stack design studio, focused on working with product teams and driving positive change. We design products (digital and physical), brands, marketing campaigns, and produce live-action and animated videos.
The Creative Motion Lead is both a visionary and a builder — someone who can imagine bold, dynamic motion concepts and bring them to life with the right tools and team. They combine a sharp creative eye with strong leadership skills, guiding internal teams and external partners to deliver work that’s expressive, smart, and future-facing.
They bring deep knowledge of modern motion tools, are fluent in the language of animation and editing, and know how to integrate AI tools into their workflow. This person is hands-on, curious, and deeply collaborative — helping drive the studio’s creative vision while supporting others to grow in theirs.

What’s the job
- Leading the creative direction for all motion design projects;
- Guiding and mentoring motion designers;
- Collaborating with producers, designers to bring stories to life through motion;
- Driving innovation through modern motion practices and integrating AI tools into the workflow;
- Helping shape and grow the motion practice at O0 as a core capability;
- Setting quality standards and maintaining creative excellence across projects;
- Participating in concept development and pitch presentations.
What you’ll need
- Experience in motion design or animation, with a strong creative portfolio;
- Strong leadership and communication skills — ability to inspire, direct, and collaborate;
- Deep knowledge of modern motion tools (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.);
- Familiarity with AI tools for motion, animation, or video content creation;
- Ability to translate ideas and concepts into compelling animated narratives;
- Experience working in cross-functional creative teams.
