• Executing and upgrading the existing marketing strategy — helping it evolve, setting clear goals, and tracking progress along the way;
• Guiding the in-house marketing team and external contractors — setting priorities, building processes, and helping the team deliver their best work;
• Leading ongoing SEO efforts to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic to the website, service pages, and blog;
• Supporting PR as a channel to generate publications and backlinks;
• Boost awareness of O0 in the US market through social media, portfolio sites, collaborations, and other channels;
• Researching competitors and industry trends, turning findings into clear and useful reports for the team;
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support the outreach activities, preparation for conferences etc.

• 3+ years of experience in studio/agency marketing department/IT/tech startups;
• Track record of delivering marketing results aligned with business objectives;
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and principles;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Budget ownership and resource management;
