Marketing Lead

What it's like

O0 is a full-stack design studio, focused on working with product teams and driving positive change. We design products (digital and physical), brands, marketing campaigns, and produce live-action and animated videos.

The Marketing Lead at O0 is a strategic, hands-on team leader — someone who can set up new processes, upgrade what’s already in place, and guide the team to execute at a high level. This role is about taking the foundation that exists, sharpening it, and building on top of it to drive the studio’s growth and visibility, especially in the US market.

What’s the job

Executing and upgrading the existing marketing strategy — helping it evolve, setting clear goals, and tracking progress along the way;
Leading the in-house marketing team and external contractors — setting priorities, building processes, and helping the team deliver their best work;
Leading ongoing SEO efforts to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic to the website, service pages, and blog;
Supporting PR as a channel to generate publications and backlinks;
Boosting awareness of O0 in the US market through social media, portfolio platforms, collaborations, and other channels;
Researching competitors and industry trends, turning findings into clear and useful reports for the team;
Collaborate with the Sales team to support the outreach activities, preparation for conferences etc.

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in marketing for creative agencies, design studios, or production companies (experience strictly in fintech or automotive won’t be a match);
Proven experience working with the US market and understanding of its specifics;
Track record of delivering marketing results aligned with business objectives
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Budget ownership and resource management
Committed to continuous learning, industry trend tracking and applying best practices
Confident, proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong execution focus
