Product Manager

What it's like

What’s the job

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to oversee the development and launch of new products, and ensure that they meet the needs and expectations of our partners. Your ultimate goal is to provide stellar services and get referrals to partners’ networks for doing so. The role requires a firm grip on cross-team processes, product development lifecycle, and data analyses. Strong leadership is a must. You will be working closely with Product Design Lead.

Your responsibilities include

  • Advocate for partners’ business, establish a shared vision of success
  • Build strong, collaborative, and trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with designers to create product concepts and prototypes
  • Take care of the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including market research, product design, development, and testing
  • Run multiple projects, navigate priorities with distributed teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure product success
  • Expand the team with top talent, identify recruitment prospects
  • Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for studio performance

What you’ll need

  • Solid partner-service orientation
  • 3+ years of experience in product management positions
  • Technical background is a plus
  • Ability to evaluate and comment on a technical brief
  • Product experience with direct communication and reporting to business owners
  • Management of teams of designers and developers (front-end and back-end)
  • Understanding of business strategy
  • High proficiency in collaborating with creatives, designers and developers
  • Systematic, highly organised approach
  • Exceptional communication, strong presentation skills
  • Diplomatic and empathetic leadership
  • Ability to work effectively in a startup environment
  • Desire for self-improvement, learning, searching for best practices and industry insights
  • Confidence, can-do attitude
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent English
