Graphic/Brand Designer for a Marketing Team
What it's like
We are looking for a talented Graphic/Brand Designer to join our internal marketing department and take full ownership of visual communication for O0 and our non-profit project Spend with Ukraine. We expect you to independently manage the design process, collaborating with the marketing team and design directors to deliver results with dedication and autonomy.
Good communication is essential since you'll need to clearly communicate your design decisions and explain your choices. You’ll need to be good at estimating how long tasks will take, sticking to deadlines, working with genuine curiosity, discipline, rationalism, thoroughness and proactivity.
What’s the job
- Take over visual communications for O0 Design and our non-profit project Spend with Ukraine.
- Further develop our visual style, creating a brand book and guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across different platforms.
- Stay updated on design trends and suggest fresh, innovative ideas.
- Create designs for all marketing and sales needs, including visual content for the website, case studies, blog posts, engaging social media, and paid ad creatives.
- Ideate and design merch and holiday gifts for O0 and SWU teams.
What you’ll need
- 2+ years of experience in graphic and content design.
- A superior visual taste and multidisciplinary skill set.
- A hustler attitude: being creative + getting things done.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (basic understanding required for a collaborative work with SMM-specialists on social media tasks).
- Basic knowledge of creating animated assets.
- Strong understanding of visual branding, data visualization, and graphic design principles.
- Familiarity with design fundamentals, including grid theory, layout, composition, typography, and color theory.
- Up-to-date with current graphic design trends.
- Experience with, or willingness to learn, AI tools like DALL-E and Midjourney for concept generation or final graphic materials.
Intermediate or higher proficiency in English. - A portfolio showcasing commercial projects relevant to this position.
Would be a plus
- Basic understanding of content marketing and SMM.
- Print design knowledge.
