We’ll begin with a short discovery and alignment phase to validate brand readiness, page hierarchy, and key conversion goals. Design will start with the main landing page as the primary narrative and marketing surface, followed by the two core product pages, Oway for Shippers and Oway for Carriers, each designed to clearly communicate value by audience. From there, we’ll finalize navigation, then move into lighter, template-driven pages like Blog and About. The design engagement will conclude with a visual and UX facelift of the quote widget and final handoff. Development will run approximately two weeks behind design, allowing for continuous handoff and iteration. We operate as an embedded creative team on weekly sprints, with Slack for day-to-day communication and fast feedback cycles.
