Task
Hero is transitioning out of stealth and into a public-facing phase where credibility, clarity, and ambition all need to land immediately. The task is to design and launch a cohesive brand and website that accurately reflects the maturity of the product, the depth of the founding team, and the seriousness of the problem being tackled in public safety.

This engagement covers three things end to end: establishing a refined brand system, translating that system into a clear and compelling multi-page website, and delivering a fully built, production-ready site that Hero owns and can evolve internally. The site must function as a primary point of validation for decision-makers in public safety, a recruiting surface for top-tier talent, and an anchor for future marketing and content efforts as the company scales in 2026.

Approach
We run this work as a tightly sequenced system where brand, design, and development overlap in a controlled way.

We begin by establishing an essential brand foundation that defines Hero’s core visual language and design constraints. These assets are created specifically to support immediate use across the website and external-facing materials.

In parallel, we design the website starting with the primary landing experience, focusing first on structure and information hierarchy before moving into visual refinement. Once the landing direction is locked, supporting pages are designed in sequence using shared components and layout logic to maintain consistency and speed.

Development begins once core design direction is approved and runs alongside the later stages of design. This allows for realistic feedback loops, earlier technical validation, and a cleaner path to launch. The engagement concludes with QA, deployment, and a structured handoff so Hero’s team can maintain and extend the site internally.
