Track A: The Web Platform (Dec – Mar)
• Design First: We front-load the UI/UX in the first two months to lock in the visual direction.
• Dev Handover: As designs are approved, our Development team begins implementation immediately in late January, ensuring a rolling launch of web features.

Track B: The App Product (Jan – May)
• Structural Foundation: We begin by defining the core logic and task architecture in January.
• Exploration to Execution: We move from "Exploring the Direction" to final production code, ensuring the app is intuitive for the modern traveler.
